I'm a professional chef and have lived in Paris & Brazil. I prepare a full meal every night, and have hosted travelers and ESl students since 2011. As I'm welcoming strangers into my home, I only consider requests from guests who introduce themselves properly and have a profile picture. To reserve the room, I require a 50% deposit, with the balance paid the day before arrival. Guests pay any transfer fees. I try to keep my room booked, so I don't accept reservations more than a week or 2 in advance, and only open my calendar for 5 weeks. So the room may be available for longer than my calendar indicates-please ask! My price does include self-serve breakfast and a full-course dinner every night, and I also offer an optional Bento lunch for an additional charge. -Dinner is served when ready, between 7 & 8 pm.
